Jordan Kilganon
Pro Dunker • Dunk Talk Guest

Jordan Kilganon

Widely regarded as the greatest dunker of all time, and the first professional dunker with his own signature shoe. A staple name in the sport worldwide.

The Story

Jordan Kilganon is a professional basketball dunker from Sudbury, Ontario, and by most accounts the greatest dunker of all time. Named after Michael Jordan, he sharpened his game on low rims in his hometown and went on to invent moves the sport had never seen, including the legendary 720. Half the dunkers who have appeared on Dunk Talk cite him as the reason they started jumping.

His Crown dunk rewired what a generation of jumpers thought was possible, and his training programs turned that creativity into a system other pros study frame by frame. In 2025 he made history again as the first professional dunker ever to release a signature shoe, built with Serious Player Only.

He has joined Dunk Talk twice: first for the definitive origin story, and again to put that shoe on the desk and tell the whole story behind it.
